Hi, I am Santina, and I work as a consultant in data analytics and business intelligence. As a passionate surfer, I know that many different aspects have to work together to ride the perfect wave. I also understand my way of working with this metaphor. I look at the interplay of numbers, rows and columns, and data context to make sound, evidence-based decisions. I joyfully make sense of it and tell the story behind them.

I hold a PhD in educational research and have worked for several years in science. I conducted numerous research projects before I focused more on the analytical part of the research.
